This would be a very useful itodein, allowing much cleaner html with less serverside scripting. Right now we build css-classes into the server side scripts to achieve this kind of design, but as you say it could easily be done using CSS.Great idea!

Where does font loading fall wihtin actual web standards? Also, is it reasonable to assume that font loading will, in the very least, never get accepted by IE since there would be obvious concerns about font copyrights/licensing? How is the browser loading the font file? I assume it’s being stored somehow, which I would also assume would make most font creators reluctant to have their fonts used in public sites.

Jecklin, thank you for a pain-free code. I googled “php calculate size folder and subfolders” and among several other results I tried, your post was the only one that worked on cut and paste, without debugging for broken syntax. Perfect! Thanks from New Jersey.

Better to use content div size based on browser size, so your site looks good even if you resize browser size.

In this case need to use:

$(“#divID”).$(window).width() &
$(“#divID”).$(window).height()
